VCR sounds

VCRs load cassettes with clicks and lock them into place, then play or rewind with steady mechanical hums, rumbles and occasional high-frequency whistles. Some tracks capture damaged tapes crackling or degrading into static and noise while others focus on power-supply vibrations, cooling fans and electronic beeps. All are short mechanical cues between two and six seconds long.
