Electric lights and lanterns click on and off, hum, hiss, flicker and strobe while mechanical dynamos whirr under compression. Several poetic horror and fantasy takes sit alongside the plain mechanical recordings. Most clips run between one and six seconds so they function as distinct cues rather than sustained beds.
