Radar sounds

Radar pings, sonar pulses and electronic alarms sweep or beep in short bursts or looping scans, some clean and mechanical while others layer in rising tones, horror stabs or distant cinematic reverb. Several titles hide submarine, police speed-gun and weather-radar recordings the category name does not suggest. At two to sixteen seconds these are all concise cues rather than sustained background.
