Knock sounds
Knocks and thuds land on doors, wood, glass, metal and puddles, differing sharply from single dry hits to persistent rattling sequences or echoing strikes. Several longer recordings hide melodic tapping on wood or bowls, bird-like woodpecker rhythms, and rain on an umbrella. Most stay under three seconds for quick punctuation, while the handful that stretch beyond ten seconds become rhythmic beds or ambiences.
