Cicadas sounds
Cicada recordings place the insects in the foreground or as a background chorus, sometimes alone and sometimes mixed with frogs, birds, crickets, distant thunder, traffic or human voices. A few titles hide purely electronic or alien-style versions of the same pulsing sound. Lengths run from one-shot chirps of a couple of seconds up to four-minute atmospheres that can sit under dialogue or fill a scene.
