Orcas sounds
Killer whale calls range from single short squeaks and screams to continuous lingering cries, some with strong echo or mixed with surface splashing and sea noise. A few unrelated snake sounds appear as well. Lengths run from quick one-second shouts to a full minute of layered underwater vocalisation.
